Registration for the 14th Annual Heather Ridley-Fleeman Battle for Hope is officially open!

Battle for Hope was started in 2005 and is Bentonville’s longest-running race. Heather Ridley-Fleeman died in 2004 at the young age of 28 after a long battle with colon cancer. The race is held the first Saturday in May to honor Heather’s life and to raise awareness of colon cancer and the importance of early detection.

Battle for Hope includes a 10k and 5k run, 5k walk, awards ceremony and prize drawings. By participating in this event, you can help Hope Cancer Resources continue our mission of providing cancer support and education in Northwest Arkansas today and tomorrow. All proceeds from the event go directly to our patient support and community education programs.

This year’s Battle for Hope will take place Saturday, May 5 at Old Tiger Field in Bentonville and includes 10k and 5k runs, and a 5k walk. Start or join a team for even more fun! There will also be dozens of cool prizes you could win by purchasing prize tickets.
