is one of the most important decisions patients have to make in their cancer
journey. However, that decision is ultimately irrelevant if they are unable to
make it to their treatments.
Many of these patients are faced with transportation
barriers in the form of a recommendation from their medical team to not drive,
a lack of ownership of a vehicle, an inability to solicit a ride from a family
member or friend, or tough side effects from their cancer or treatments that
cause them to not feel well enough to get behind the wheel. That’s where Hope

Our Patient Transportation Program is a vital resource
for patients who have no other means of transportation. Our professional
drivers are able to transport patients to and from their cancer-related medical
appointments. This service is provided at no cost, regardless of the length of
time or frequency a patient requires our assistance.
